Soil To Table is a collaboration between The Land Gardeners, Nancy Cadogan and cook Lulu Cox. The book pairs Lulu’s recipes with paintings by Nancy, drawing attention to the important link between the health of our soils and what we eat. The collaboration highlights the importance of ethically sourcing ingredients and promotes a more holistic relationship to food, land and soil. It reflects The Land Gardeners founding principle of ‘healing our soils, healing our plants and healing our planet’.
